Controlled Substances

The approval of controlled substances falls under a regulatory process administered by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the various states. The Firm uses its experiences with DEA regulatory law to assist pharmaceutical producers in the manufacture and distribution of controlled substances.

Once the controlled substance is approved for manufacture by the DEA, the manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and/or retailers may need to register with the relevant states in which the Product will be available for sale.
